I know there is SkySim and RCSimulations that sell TrackIR... but im wondering if anyone has seen it in some other places? I want to get it for my birthday and i am not fully trusting of either of those 2 retailers


any suggestions on where to buy it from?

Why would you not trust them? I have bought from RC and they are 100% reliable.  Is it their prices you don't like?

because i had never heard of them, or anything about them... but you have given them a bit of kudos so i may have some reconsiderations

edit: so does that one come with the 6DOF software? i think i remember seeing some extra sofware that gives you the 3 rotations... not just the XYZ linear movements

Not sure, as I don't have TrackIR, but I would imagine it does.

SkySIM are cheapest and again 100% reliable.  I  personally know the proprietor so will kick his a*s* he doesn't send you the goods !

I'd buy from here if jimcooper knows the proprietor, that way you can ensure you receive it fine

ooooh, well thats a spot of good news. i just have a tendency to have a lack of faith in lots of online stores... been screwed over too many times before coughnovatechcough

after a month and a half from the payment going through... they didnt even ship the item.

i gave up with them and made friends with Ginger6



Jim... good point, i shall have to check up on them to see which is the better.

so... any places in the western U.S. to buy TrackIR? nothing wrong with the U.K., but shipping kills.

You need to get the Vector with it too get the 6DOF movement. Natural Point has there retailers on there website, those can be trusted for sure.
