I'm slowly overclocking my q6600, the big Zalman seems to be keeping things cool. It hasn't gotten above 50C at load (at 3.21Ghz). So far so good (I'm getting 25fps locked in Seattle on fsx, autogen maxed :) ) I may just leave it where I have it right now, seems to be doing well.

That's a big jump in 40 mins monkey, make sure you stress test that for a while...

It is a big jump, but while stress testing there has been an 8C difference between 3.2 and 3.6, go figure :P. But it's running strong and I intend to keep it on the test for at least 8 hours.
