Hello all. I've got a recurring problem with playing back videos in H.264 format. They play, but the video and sound stutter like a processor overload.

Sure, I know...my GC sucks (see sig...Geforce 2 equivalent). Thing is though, I've noticed that there is a bloated looking process in my ststem...THE SYSTEM IDLE PROCESS!  >:(

What the heck is it! Why does it taunt me with 100% processor load (shown in task manager)!


I should mention...this doesn't affect fs or other games- just video playback in WMP.

Mine tops at 97 but that doesn't affect my computer.

Mabey it's just supposed to be that way. My GC might just not be able to handle such high definition stuff. Thanks.  :)
