How do you think FSX will perform on my laptop...No, I am not gonna rush out and buy it again...I just want to know out of curiosity because I will be meeting my parents in December and I could tell them to bring my copy of FSX along... ;)

System Specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 @2.00Ghz
2GB RAM
Windows Vista Home Premium
GeForce 8400M GT 512MB
200GB HDD...

I get the feeling it will run like crap...but oh well... ::)

that card is a bit of a liability, and i wouldnt be surprised if it nicked some of the system memory for its Vmem, so you would probs only have like 1.75gb RAM.

im not to sure about the processor either.

i think you could probably squeeze medium settings out of it, with no road traffic, AI. no bloom etc etc.

Actually Ash, you can expect to get some better settings than that. Just turn off your road traffic, and tweak the .cfg and you should be able to ramp up the settings to be more mid high getting around 25~30 FPS.

Now I'm basing this off of my system when its on battery, so basically my card will neuter itself to around your cards level when you are plugged in.

I would definitely advise it. Just remember tweak the sucker before you expect to get all dem' flashy and shiny visuals. And whatever you do, don't turn on light bloom...cuts my FPS in half every time I do.
