Monitors... response time

I am thinking about buying a monitor and there are 3 models that I am considering:

SAMSUNG 223BW LCD 22" 5MS - 264.95 EUR
SAMSUNG 226BW LCD 22" 2MS - 369.95 EUR
LG L226WT LCD 22" WIDESCREEN 2MS - 305.00 EUR

Now the first samsung as a response time of 5ms compared to the 2ms of the other 2 monitors (All other specs are the same). My question is... is that 3ms difference significant and worth the extra 105 EUR to get the other samsung or the 40 EUR to get the LG?

Depends on what else you do with these besides FS...
for FPS you need the lowest ms rating you can get

As Ivan said, it depends what else you do besides FS. 3ms will make a difference in FPS shooters, but not really in FS. Also, check the contrast ratio of each monitor, that gives a good idea of quality (contrast ratio = x:1 - the higher the "x" number, the "blacker" black colours are and the "whiter" white colours are.
The brightness is also a good thing to look at (xxxcd/m2) - don't get a monitor that is too dark! ;)
