How is this video card? Will this comp run FS9 with medium/high/full settings?

I would not go with intel graphics. Get a decent ATI or Nvidia card and you should be able to run FS9 decently.

I'm with Hugo on the graphics card front. Also from experience nVidia cards tend to run FS slightly better than ATI ones. However for anything else ATI tend to be a bit better than nVidia (I've used a lot of nVidias and recently gone over to ATI).
