Posted: Thu Sep 27, 2007 10:09 pmVirtual memory does this, sort of, and it isn't physical RAM. Compared to actual RAM it is terribly slow. With Windows Vista and ReadyBoost you can utilize a flash Drive or cards as a source of memory.
Back in the old days we had memory cards to get past the 640k barrier.
