Hello all, I am having trouble getting FS9 to see all three control manager devices,in short i cannot get my rudder pedals to control the toe brakes. In the settings page in game it only see's contol manager device 1 when i should be able to pull the drop down and get all three allowing me to assign my pedals to the toe brakes.  I had Fs9 installed  awhile ago and everything worked fine, but i might of asked this question once before any help would be greatly appr.
