If you're a fan of the old IBM "clicky" (buckling spring) keyboards..you can buy a updated version of those 80s classic keyboards at www.pckeyboard.com . (review here: http://www.dansdata.com/ibmkeyboard.htm ). They're being made by a company called Unicomp. (I've ordered one for myself-USB version.Should be arriving tomorrow.) I'll let you know how I like it.

Nice, but I still prefer the versatility of the Northgate Omnikey, which is still available under the name "Avant". Unfortunately the Avant built keyboard's software doesn't work ubder Windows NT or Unix. The originals of both show up on eBay frequently. Mind you, the Omnikeys are more pricey than the IBM keyboards.

Update 4-2-2007. Just received my new keyboard hot off of the UPS truck. This keyboard looks like it belongs on a 286..(and that's a good sign,as it's very sturdy.) My version was the Customizer 104 USB.
