if i uninstall FS9 and reinstall it can i put the aircraft folder back in with all of the models? because i lost all my gauges i want an easy way to restore with out messing thisgs up or getting complicateing.

Well you could, but all your effects, sounds and gauges will be gone. If you are okay with that, then by all means do that.
