Where is it?

The post a mini tutorial made by a guy (I don't remember his name) and Nick N with says how to make a boot faster ,It was to get into msconfig and delete all the Non MS softwares, then Nick says to delete in WINDOW folder the Prefetch stuff the execute a thing I can't remember ,I can't find this great tutorial here and software neither  :-/

Go into MS config, and stop all non essential startup programs, and services. Then go into C:\WINDOWS>Prefetch and select all and delete. Then restart the computer.
