ok so i have a couple questions on this controller. my first on is how can i make it so i can use reverse thrust on the controller? and also how can i make it so the little rotary things on the throttle peice control the rudder trim and other trims and stuff?

try options > control assinments > joystick access, pull the slider right down to Rudder Axis & you may do something there.
