OK...my computer is displaying a habit of not wanting to shut down or restart from the start menu... When I try one of these a pop up comes up saying: Ending sgtray.exe or something like that. Any help or advice?  :)

You have Sonic Recorder ...... it is the updater for said recorder.

Two options ..... update your recorder or the cheaper option uninstall and reinstall.
