Hard Drives
Posted: Mon Jan 01, 2007 10:19 amI just got a knew 320 gig hard drive and it hooked up to my pc and it does not show up under My Computer but it shows up under Device Manger :-?
Control Panel/Administrative tools/Computer Management/Disk Management.
Go there and initialise the drive, partition it, then Quick format it.
You need SP2.
If you plan on installing windows to it, use default cluster size.
