Postby flyingbartdude. » Sun Dec 31, 2006 8:17 am

Hi Guys I have recently used NICK N system clean up not realising I would be adding a 120gb hard drive after I had done the defrag ect. my problem is that when i connect the hard drive and it has been formatted using the xp disc i get a message saying NTLDR is missing press ctrl+alt+del to restart but when i restart the same thing happens. does anybody have any ideas.
cheers flyingbartdude. :)

Simple fix, can be done one of two ways. First is by switching the hard drive arrangement, the BIOS thinks that the blank drive is your boot drive.

Second way is to unplug the data cable from your drive, boot into XP, put the data cable, and then format useing software from your hard drive manufacture.
