Video Card Problems

Hey ,
    I Have a very Old video card , It's a Radeon X300 , And i want to know how i can acess it , so i can turn on anti-anlising  
to get rid of jagged edges ,
And if you wanted to know , i have 2 computers and my brother (who plays flight sim on this) own's the one i am now.
My computer i just bought a new video card for not long ago , i'll let you know the name of it. but can anyone help my brother on his Video card , sometimes he gets 01.00 FPS and Maxium he's ever had on flight sim is 79 FPS

Did the card come pre-installed, or did you install it yourself? If its preinstalled your going to have to uninstall the current driver, and use a ATi driver to fully tweak the card. However in ithor event, if you right click on your desktop and then properties > settings > advanced you should be able to play with your settings.

On a different note, no matter what hardware you have, you should always lock your FPS to 25~30 for the best preformance.
