as i'm taking out my CPU from the broken MB and installing un the new one, do I have to buy that silicon to put on the CPU, or its not inportend?

If by that you mean the thermalpaste, yes you do. Artic Silver 5 is the best.

As a side note they got a picture of the CPU headspreader removed in there. Don't try to remove that. Bad idea. Legit reviews destroyed their E6700 trying that. LOL
