All pretty good.
- Badaxe is not a great choice. A motherboard with the 965 chipset would be far better.
- I wouldn't recommend Kingston. Their quality is a bit hit or miss from what I've heard. OCZ, GeIL or G.Skill would be better.
- The 600W PSU better be a good make! You don't wanna risk frying everything if it dies

Otherwise should be a fantastic system!

What's wrong with the I975 chipset though? Aren't they performing better than the I965 in many instances?

I thought the 975 was better for the E6300 and E6400 and the 965 for the E6600 and up. I have a 965 on my E6600 and it runs fine, but that still is a great system.

I965 is good for low voltage, I975X is good for overclocking. If your not overclocking the go with I965 as it was designed for core 2, if your overclocking I975X.
As far as the RAM, OCZ will like that board a hell of a lot more than the Kingstin.
Other than that, nice system.
Cheers

From what I've heard Viper22 is correct. The 4mb cache Conroes overclock far better on the 965 chipset. Nothing "wrong" with the 975X at all!

Why? Intel doesn't support RAM from the world's biggest RAM manufacturer?

If I remember correctly thats an MDG OEM computer, and they only offer Kingston RAM.

FSX would probably be the most demanding thing you can load up at the moment.

F.E.A.R on full everything is going to be much harder than FSX.
Then again 3DMark06 is the true gaming benchmark.

Yes. But something about that sentence makes me think it's not out yet.
