http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb/ ... 1159845007By me actually.
Anyway, I'm a big fan of HP laptops, and their iPAQ PPCs are absolutely fab in my book. The thing I like the most is that HP gives you a much better selection of video cards than Dell does, and at a better price. The fact that I work somewhat for HP dosn't help my case ithor.
VooDoo are by far the greatest OEM PC's on the market, and they are where I'm getting my college book from.
But the thing that many people missed in this merger is that unlike the Alienware/Dell buyout, VooDoo will remain seperate from HP, HP will just be recieveing a check from them at the end of the month for their earnings. And the best part is that Rahul Sood will be heading up HP's new Gaming devision, and will also have a head seat on the design for the normal desktops that HP sells. So what this means for the consumer is that we are going to be getting some very nice looking desktops in the future, and a mainstreem OEM gaming rig actually worth $3K and isnt ugly like the XPS 7 series, or the Alienware line.
Cheers
