Some have AV jacks, but the Dells don't.

In short no, there is no way, sorry.

You'd either have to do it through your PC, via a capture device (not necessarily a card; an inexpensive outboard USB device would be clunky, but workable)... or you can get an A/V switch that will allow the LCD to "see" either the VGA from your PC or the S-video (?) from the PS2. But beware... those are not inexpensive- not the good ones, anyway. the cheap ones are garbage: ghosting, noise, etc.  And to go S-vid or composite to VGA, it would have to be a scaler... expensive. Most scalers are multi in/out, and some are RS-232 controllable, so you could control it with your PC.
But of course a capture card would probably be cheaper...

Using a USB capture device, you don't need to capture- you can just watch. Or you can capture audio and video from the PS2- that might be cool.
I don't have a PS, but I do have a Pinnacle Dazzle DVC 80- not bad for the money. audio and composite or S-Video in; comes with nice little video editing program; works great.
They go for $70-$80 now... I don't use mine anymore... in fact, I already gave it away; just remembered.
But look around: might find a good deal on a scaler or capture card on eBay.
