hey guys.

just wanted a quick question answered if possible.

Basically your always set a 6MBPS, however if your downloading you can get up to 8 for a short period of time. Basically its a bunch of crap, and don't listen to it.

Select the speed test from the menu.

im not even at 6 meg.  im only on 1 meg.  i was downgraded 2 weeks ago and the guy on the phone could not give me a vaild reason why it was done.  he said it just sometimes goes up and down which i accept, however, they emailed me and told me i had asked them too do it
