Noisy soundcard with Meridian 2004

I get really bad sound with alot of static when running FS9 with Meridian 2004 add-on being used. None of my other add-on planes have this problem. Anybody have any ideas? My sound card is a Creative Labs Sound blaster Live 5.1

It must be part of the actualy sound package for that aircraft. If your not experiencing this with anything else, this seems like the culprit.

Try switiching it for another sound package.

Well you colud try just switching it just breifly to find if this is the problem, try the C172 sounds, if this is the problem, find another sound package more suited to that aircraft, either here or over at that place of which we do not speak .
