In a nutshell any ram from PC-3200 ~ PC-4000 will work fine.

However I suggest that you build a conroe system. Your not building increadably soon if I remember right, so why not just build a conroe. Also 939 is offically a dead socket. AMD has already stopped manufacture of some of the chips, and the rest will come to an end by the end of '07. My advice if you want to go AMD is going to be an AM2 system.

Oh really , CT, you really shouldn't be whoring yourself to a bit of silicon.  ;)
Do you need a welding helmet to look at the chip whilst it's operating, after all , it is Intel.  ;D

Boca I suggest you do some resurch before making statements such as this. Maximum PC benchmarked a Core 2 Duo Extreem, and found that under a Zalman CNPS-9500 with the fan off mind you, that they couldn't get it above 47*C.

The only Intel chips that run excessively hot are the prescott core. Everything else runs nice and cool. Infact the Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Solo give AMD a run for their money in the cool running relm

@cheesegrater: Give me about a good 3 months.

Then you might have done something wrong, cus my old 2.4 northwood never got above 51*C load. And that was in a dell, so I don't know whats going on there.
