FS2004 Help

Postby KurtangleTN » Sat Jul 29, 2006 6:53 am

So, I install FS9 on my laptop, no problems.

So I start playing, and after awhile (It seems random) I get the blue screen of death and it reboots, I can't see the blue screen message but sometimes the thing that happens before it is that "My display must be corrected" and then It normally just rebots from there.

My laptop graphics card is a pos, VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGP.

I have the latest drivers for it but still no help at all, any suggestions?
I've got nothing.

May be something to do with your screen resolution, going by what the error is saying.
Try making sure your screen resolution in FS9 is set the same as your video card.

Blue screens are a memory related issue ;) A video card issue would lock up the system, and a CPU would just shut it off.

Did you install your own memory, or is it orrigional. Also how much memory do you have. You may be chokeing the system.
