I have never had speed fan report anywhere near correct temps so I advise checking it's readings with other software aswell and also if you can using a flat thermal probe near (not on top!) of the cpu die.

When I run Speedfan, Temp 1 is the chipset and Temp 2 is the CPU.

Am not sure where speedfan is getting your numbers but I am pretty sure they can't be correct.

Its different for each motherboard. On mine the CPU is temp 3. But you seriously need to do something about that temp. I jsut can't bare to look at it anymore.
