I've always used the Thrustmaster Top Gun Afterburner II. It doesn't have force feedback but it does have a detachable throttle and looks pretty cool

Check out satiek, got some GREAT stuff, im useing the X45 throttle/joystick. no force feedback but the many many button combination abilites well makes up for that. Its been one of my favorite (like it better then even the sidewinder 3d pro :o )

I have an saitek EVO force and I have to say I would save the money and get the non ff version in future. Force feedback when it works well is very cool, I just love the ground bumps and landing gear retraction but many planes and games do force feedback with very little thought. Some A/c's have way over the top ff and you can't fly them without adjusting the joystick settings!
