...any good? I find that my card is becming outdated with the new stuff...but I am too poor to purchase a new one...dad wouldn't like it...so honestly, tell me...is my card any good??

Sorry I don't know anything about the 6800

The 6800GT is a very good card. Pixel Shader 3, ya I would say its a nice card. Its got the X850 Pro in quite a few areas. The only problem is the lack of HDR. That and a few large advances in core technology (step to the 7 series) are really the only thing thats holding it down.

For now its fine. Its just when DX10 comes out your going to need a new card. Heck its even better than mine.

Yeah...I know the newer 7 Series throws my card out...but I still can play most games with terrefic FPS...I can play NFS Most Wanted full blast and still drive around with smooth FPS with Full Anisotropic Filtering and Anti-Aliasing...So I'm happy with it...

Well then you don't really need to know if your card is any good or not!

Based on your screenshots and the fact that you get 120FPS with FS9 maxxed out, I'd say your card is just fine

Well I'm no Hardware guru and I know that the stuff Cameron said is all pretty much true...

Whats with all of this "is my card good enough"?  Why does it matter what anyone else thinks, as long as it works and YOU'RE pleased with it.  Ya, my card gets beat by most others in tests and comparisons, but I can play FS with good graphics at 30 or more FPS and can play basically any other game with no problem.
