RAM & Mainboard Compatibility

Postby PSW » Sun May 07, 2006 6:43 pm

Hello,

I currently have this motherboard: http://anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=2671

and I'd like to get this RAM: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/ ... u=C13-6070

Are they both fully compatible with each other ?

Thank you in advance,
James

Yes, the Memspeed should be 1066mhz with that ram. Nice  ;)

Now hold on there James, how much overclocking do you plan to do? This RAM is specifically for high CPU and RAM overclocks, so if you just want faster RAM, look at 2GB of PC2-5400. Same cost, more bang for the buck.

Cheers
Cameron

PS: Newegg has a better price on that RAM than tiger direct does.
