Vid Card Help

Hello,
I am thinking of upgrading to a new vid card.
What would be the best card fo me? My specs are:

RADEON 9000 Series AGP
Pentium 4 CPU 2.66GHz
1.00 GB of RAM

Your best bets are going to be the nVidia 6800 Ultra, or the ATi Radeon X800GTO
