How do you guys find out the temperature of your PSU etc?

depends... i have a program that lets me find out, along with other items, called Easytune5 for Gigabyte motherboards. of course this if for the CPU, GPU, and case temp. I've never heard of a program that can check the PSU, unless a wire is hooked into it from the motherboard.

I never heard of a PSU temp monitor.

Normally its CPU and mainboard sensors, also many video cards have sensors.

BIOS sometimes shows CPU temp in the hardware monitor or equivalent. Many mainboards and video card's come with software to show temps.

Many boards/systems can be diagnosed with 3rd party temp monitors.
