Hey Guys and Ladies, If you would go to page #40 of this Hardware Forum dated 3 Jan 2005, "Andycabs44", He raised a question I'm very interested in. I will be getting a new PC soon [next month or soon thereafter]. I also will have another monitor [ an extra ] . It will be different [better and bigger] than my present one. My question is : Can I use it in the same manner as Andycabs44 asked ?

I always "fly" VFR and mostly in SE Alaska. Need I say more ;D Thanks for your help. caveman

Hi, it is very usefull, I have mostly fsNavigator on the second screen.
You just click and drag the pointer way out of your screen and goes into the second one.
You may have to "unlock" some items to create the blue top ribbon on which you click on to drag it. (not fsNav).
1. Just upgraded my grfx card (6600gt) & connected my VGA to its vga socket.
2. bought a "VGA to Flat Screen" adaptor (

Hey Luke, Appreciate your input about the two "screens" hook-up. Say Luke - - - - - thought I'd mention that "we" enjoyed looking at your PC outfit you have. The other part of the "we" is my Lil' wife. She said it was interesting at how simular the set-up was to mine. I'm very lucky to have a Lil' wife that takes an interest in my hobby. Thanks again for your in-put and for sharing the picture with "us". caveman

I did the two screen thing for a while. I even made custom panels for a few aircraft that would take up the lower half of both screens and display the whole panel instead of just the pilots side. It was great, but my second monitor kind of sucked, and I couldn't find a better one of the same size as my first. The color difference was very noticable. I ended up selling the second monitor because I couldn't stand to fly with it any more. I recommend having two identical monitors if you do what I did.
