Im thinking of buying a new stick, maybe a x-52 or a
x-45.

Any advice?

Never tried the 52 but the 45 is nice once you get over the insane amount of possible set up configs. it is the profiling software that will drive you insane! lol

I've had both, but I much prefer the X52, it is very smooth and doesn't really bounce back to center, it just slides.  Still, if your on a budget, the X45 is still a great stick for the price.
