Where is the AA settings on XP?

So then people,
just where is the AA settings on Windows XP? I've tried a few places but couldn't find it.

ATI:
Right Click on desktop > properties > (tab) Settings> Advanced > 3D
Nvidia:
Right Click on desktop > properties > Nvidia Tab ( i think )

Too bad there's no real AA for XP.
That windows clock needs serious AA. (I mean the analog clock with the hands you get when you double-click the time on the taskbar. Look at how jagged those clock hands are. ) As you I can plainly see, I have way too much GPU power then I know what to do with.
