Its cas latencies, timing and voltages look pretty decent for its price. Its specs check out ok, but I've never heard of pqi and don't really know much about the quality of their products.

"PQI utilizes cutting-edge technology in ICs sorting to select best quality ICs capable of running at the highest possible frequency."
Translated:
They manufacture the modules (so they say) but they probably buy the actual RAM chips from the cheapest source when gluts occur in midrange chips. These are not the highest quality by any stretch of the imagination, or the PC number would be higher, the CAS latency lower and the price much higher.
"Available with elegant high quality Gunmetal heat spreader extends the life expectancy of the module."
Translated:
They cover up the chips so you can't ID them, the Spreaders do absolutely nothing to dissipate heat or make it last longer, it's just a gimmick.
They actually look fine, and the specs are STANDARD PC3200. Nothing more. So long as you know what they really are, the price is right!
By comparison, I'm using some el cheapo Kingmax PC3500 modules. They only give a rating by SPD of PC3200 (200mhz) at CAS 2.5 - 4 - 4 - 8

Pqi is a decent copany. And really you do not need 200$ ram unless your overclcoking. Yes the 200$ ram has lower CAS Lats but where the reall money is is in the chip performance. Those chips will overclock a lot. For that price you can prolly find some cheap CAS 2-2-2-5 ram

I have $600+ dollar worth of RAM...and all of that is being UNDERclocked
