Major lockdowns, No reasons found

I've done Virus scan, Spyware Scans, Defraging daily (every 12 hours by auto) Windows Firewall, Autoprotect from Norton..... Everything I can possibly think of and my computer crashes and locks down on my parents and runs full 100 CPU load at 63C for no reason, no unknown background problems or anything..... It might be dust but I'm not dead on certain, Maybe you guys could help me a bit! Cheers, Gunny
