What kind of problems are you getting?
Then we can decide that it is definetly over-heating.

Since i got my new card my PCs been a bit unstaple in the way that i can run my games (FS9, CFS3 + CFS2) fine for about 20 mins then all of a sudden my PC just frezzes and after 7 seconds (on average, yes i did count) then pc would turn it self off :(.

The wired thing is that FS9 and CFS3 are played for longer than CFS2??. Also the other games i have Medal of Honour seriers + Counter stirke and Day of Defeat all run fine without any problems  ???

Things i have done

Re-installed all games, reinstalled drivers, checked for viruses, defraged and ran a registry cleaner. So to me this only leaves only heating  :(

Have you tried Prime95 to test stabilty? Just run that and check the temps. Then you'll know if your stable!  ;D

Ran it for 2 hrs then stoped it and it said it all passed.

Even with both side panels off the top of the case if warm to the touch and the room also gets very warm, even at 3am when its freezing everywhere else in the house.

Also another message that pops up from time is this,

///////////////////////
Warning
Signal out of range
HS: 32K
VS: 40hz
---------------------
Signal safe range
HS: 30-72K
VS: 50-135K
///////////////////////

^^ thats displayed on a screen that is like a static TV screen (the black and white square thing). With the top bit in green and the bottom bit in blue and it flashes on for a second then flashes off for a second..

Could this be a hardware prop???

Thanks

I would suggest getting a whole new computer because 1.9GHZ is a bit
small

but I would suggest reformatting the whole thing
buy a decent fan and try t buy a good cheap motherboard

then you can start buying the goodies like the graphics card.
but you know, sound cards are pretty important also.
