Hi today i changed my m$ sidewinder ( rudder was broken) to saitek cyborg evo pro and noticed that the buttons on it light up ( red color) so my question is is it possible to turn them off when im not using the joystick?

Yeah unplug it  ;D

As soon as you plug it into the USB port power is sent down the cable and it lights the lights.  Only way to turn em off is unplug it.
