Joystick and New Yoke- Conflicting Commands!
Posted: Sun Dec 26, 2004 9:55 pmI have long used a joystick and I got a Yoke for Christmas. I installed the yoke and it works great. I'm adjusting to flying with it and trying to remember the button functions I set. I discovered that after flying with the yoke that FS wasn't taking all the inputs from the joystick. The throttle and rudder functions on the joystick worked fine, but it was as if the elevators weren't connected until I pulled up on the yoke.
Clearly FS was taking commands from both controllers. I thought of unplugging one from its USB port, but I thought I would lose my button settings. There doesn't seem to be a way in FS to disable one and use the other.
Is there any way to choose which controller FS 'listens' to? Any suggestions appreciated!
