My system: AMD Athlon 1.5 GHZ, 512 Mb Ram; Ti4200 Card w/ 128 mb..When I run MSFS2004 I get these flashing triangles all over..They dont start to show up until I start to move down the taxiway..Everything else displays properly except for these flashing triangles. Anyone know what this might be or how I can fix the situation?? Thanks

these bugs are graphic card related...

my previous card (geforce4 mx 440) had this problem too, i used to see huge triangles over the terrain... must be a geforce thing  ::)

i now have a new grapics card and dont have this problem anymore... so i really don't know how to fix it...

i would suggest you do the good old 'update your drivers' thing ;)

I had the same card and problem as you SBD2, I think it turned out to be a mipmapping setting in the sim, try reducing the mipmapping to 4 I think.

If the settings don't fix it, then it could be "artifacts" due to an overheated graphics card, which is bad. If you have the TI overclocked, wind it back to normal.

To test for overheating, just take the case cover off the PC and blow a desk fan across the open PC and then run the sim to check.
