Do anyone knows a store to get the ch Yoke?

Hi Im looking for a store in the states in wich i can find the ch Yoke and the pedals, ohhh and do anyone knows where to find a program of charts or something like that?

I got mine from
www.provantage.com. It was the cheapest I found online and with next day air it was around $120. I searched high and low and that was pretty much the best deal I could find. You'll propably have to mail order, so that's the best I can tell you. I think the regular price was like $100 including standard shipping. Hope that helps.
