I am currently looking at upgrading my sidewinder pro which i have been really happy with to a better joystick as well as using pedals for more realism. i was thinking of CH pro pedals but am unsure about joysticks although i have been looking at the CH Fighterstick. does anyone have any suggestions or a comment i would be very interested in your ideas.

As far as the CH Joystick I can't comment. But the pedals and the yoke are pretty nice for the price. I'm currently thinking of buying them. I have used them many times and they add a bit of realism to the sim, I just wish that they would introduce a yoke with force feedback.

I use a Saitek X-45 Joystick with a separate throttle body. Very customizable, and easy to use.
Only issue I have had with it, is occasionally I have to recalibrate it, which only takes about 60 seconds, then Im back in the sim.

I also use the CH yoke and pedals but I recently bought the Saitek X45 to fly the older war birds.
I like both setups as the CH rudder pedals work fine with the Saitek stick.

The trouble here in Australia there is only one place to buy them and that is pcaviator and the rudder and yoke are $504.00 and the joystick about $250.00. I have tried to convince the accountant (Wife) with no luck.

I sugest the defender twist joystick. It is a joystick and rudder pedals combined. You can buy it for about 12 quid on
