Does this look bad?

Hi All,

I was finally replacing the PSU on my pc today when I making sure all the components were installed and seated properly I noticed a possibly a burn mark or scratch mark( How it got there I have no idea because my finger nails are not that sharp and it looks more like a screwdriver scratch than a nail). I was thinking maybe when I was connecting the case fans since it's real close but I don't remember appling such pressure that would my fingernail on there and do that.

Anyways here is my motherboard.

I know it's hard to see but where I put the black square there is a black stick that has a wire wrapped around it.
The mark is right on top of that back stick.
Pc seems to be working fine, It could've been like that from factory or maybe it got burnt. But by the way it looks if it was burnt if woul've have to be on purpose.

What can happen now? Does it look like I need to replace that board? Will it lower performance or cause any damage to the system in case it was hit with a screwdriver or burnt somehow?

Thanks in advance but I'd hate to leave the pc on without even thinking about this, if I sent it back to hpo they are not going to replace the motherboard just because of some little scracht.

This is what I'm talking about except my board has it on a different location.

Are we talking about on the copper wire coil? If so I don't think that it should be a problem...

Yeah that's it.
