Motherboard pin connections

Hi,    ??? ??? ???
I am building (trying to, I should say) a computer and have hit a small problem regarding pin connections on the m/board. The board is a PCChips M848ALU. My small problem is the wiring of the led's. The m/board connections on Panel 1 for the front panel are coloured red, blue, green, and orange. The board is also marked by each set of pins, HDD LED, RST SW, etc. However the case wiring is marked HDD LED, etc but the wire colours are not quite the same as the pin colours eg.. Case wire HDD led is orange, Pins are red.
Do I just connect as the case wiring and ignore the colours on the pins. Also the wires come in pairs on each connector, one is white on each connector. Would these white wires be the 'N' pin, and the coloured wire the 'P' pin.
Probably a silly question to you experts, but hope you can help.
Incedently, the case is a Mercedes Style PC-179 ATX

Hi Tony. I think that it doesn't matter. If it fails to work, unplug it and turn it the other way.

Is it based on a Car or Truck then?  ;D

Seriously, Image something like this is what you need. BEWARE! I have 5 different boards, ALL have the case connectors wired up differently.

Thanks Scania,

Actually, the case IS like the front of a Mercedes.
The led's are shaped like the headlights, and the front USB's are behind a chrome panel shaped like the grille
