Monitor with RGB cables

Postby Skittles » Mon Aug 23, 2004 7:36 pm

I should be receiving a 24" or 27" monitor from my boss at work and yes, it's his personal monitor. It has the RGB (BNC) cables for video input.  I've searched the web and found adapter cables which I can use to plug this monster into my Radeon 9800 Pro.

The question is, do I need to worry about incompatible refresh rates?  Another guy from work told me about older monitors working at lower rates than todays monitors.  I don't know how old this monitor is.

Thanks,

Joe

Plan on doing that when I actually get it. Just hoped for some foresight.
