I need to conect my Joysick too

I have a yoke and some times i need to connect the joystick i know i can't connect them in two diferent game port in one pc.  A joystick here it's very expensive and more if is USB my question, is there an adaptor or converter ,to convert my male gameport joystick terminal into  USB male conector thanks
