Flight Data to external devices

I'm an electronics engineer and i'm developing an elettromechanical simulator that uses MS Flight Sim as Software engine. I need to know if it is possible carry out flight data during a flight session. I know that microsoft doesn't support this function but I hope you can help me suggesting or indicating the way. Is it possible to access the data of the gauges?
