SB live! 5.1 - cracks & pops with FS 2004

I own SB Live! 5.1 card
and I'm having sound issues with FS 2004

I tried moving the hardware acceleration slider, but the best results I get with Full acceleration (otherwise the sound sounds weird).

Still, I'm having crackling and pooping sound with my SB Live! 5.1 in FS 2004

Help!  :(
Any solutions  ???

known problem... either get the latest Creative drivers (a 30+MB download that fixes it for about 60%) or divert to KX Project if you are willing to give up the Aureal effect stuff for a crack/pop less sound

I have the latest Creative drivers, that's the worst... :-/
