Posted: Tue Feb 17, 2004 10:35 amYou might see a very slight improvement. WinXP uses about twice the Ram though. So it depends if you have enough Ram.

Posted: Wed Feb 18, 2004 2:16 pmXP (With a decent amount of RAM i.e. 512MB+) trounces '98 in every respect (or about 30% under 3D Mark 2001 for example) that said, I'm using a machine 2,100mhz quicker than yours Dan.....
I'd swap the tnt2 for something like an MX440 (anything more powerful is pointless, the CPU won't be able to drive it properly)

Just checkign becuase I had a friend who got it basically as a freebie at some expo show, turns uut is was just a demo...after 30 days of use his computer locked up and told him that he had to purchase the full version to continue accessing his files...:-)
