Wireless Desktop
Posted: Sat Jan 24, 2004 8:31 pmI was curious, I just purchased a M$ (off all things?) Wireless Desktop and the instructions talk about battery life but doesn't say anything about turning it off.
Do I have to turn off anything off or do these things shut down themselves after a period of not being used?
To try and find out before posting this I let the mouse sit idle for over 15 min and the light inside remained on.
According to the specs, under normal usage the batteries should last about 6 months. But If the thing doesn't turn off I don't see it happening! Not to mention we all know how accurate M$ specs and minimum requirments are!
