ATI Radeon Owners, HELP!

I am having some issues with my new ATI All In Wonder Radeon 9800 Pro. You probably will have to own a Radeon card to know what I am talking about. Their are two problems. The first is, under advanced settings of smart gart, it shows PCI READ and PCI WRITE as both ON, but AGP read and AGP WRITE as both OFF. Secondly, on DXDIAG tool(direct X) it shows D3D Acceleration as ENABLED, and DirecrDraw Acceleration as Enabled, but AGP Texture Acceleration is greyed out. I am pretty sure my card has this feature.
A side not, I checked the Device manager and it shows a PCI to AGP connection, so I think my Motherboard is recognizing the card as AGP.
Any suggestions?

Hmm, same card as me. But on my Smartgart, the only option I have is for AGP Acceleration and Fast Write.
In Device Manager/Display....what is yours reading?
Try what I mention below. If that doesn't fix it, you may need to uninstall your card and reinstall.
Make sure you have the latest drivers for your 9800. That is the card I have. I am currently using the newest Omega drivers which I am very happy with.
http://www.omegacorner.comDX 9.0a or 9.0b. If you have 9.0a, get 9.0b and then check dxdiag.

526th fireman: type "smartgart" in the "run" feature of windows. It will show the advanced features of smartgart. See what your settings are.

Mine say PCI READ=ON, PCI WRITE=ON
AGP READ=ON and AGP WRITE=ON
I am running the newest Omega drivers. Tried the newest ATI drivers, and they were fine but these Omega drivers seem to give me just a little more fps.
One more thing, seems I tried the Catalyst drivers long time ago and experienced some problems. I really suggest you try those Omega drivers. ATI even endorses them. They are very good and work perfect for me.

526th: If I install the omega's, do I lose all of the stuff that came with the catalyst drivers. Like that media bar on the right hand side of the screen, etc.

Media bar? What does this control? Is it just a shortcut to your graphics card settings control panel? If it is, you can have an ATI Icon down in the lower right of task bar.
I prefer not to have one there. I can get there fast enough without one.

Ok, I just got to reading SilverISWA's respons, so I will try that when I get home. But I have another problem, or atleast I think I do. I ran 3dmark2003 and am about 1000 points less than comparable systems, I get 5300, when the tops I see for systems like mine are about 6200 (most of this is probably do to the AGP issues which I will fix later today). So I looked at the compare feature and I noticed that on FSB(Front Side Bus) it showed 200mhz. Well my processor is 2.6ghz, with a 800mhz FSB. So then I went to Intel and downloaded a utility which checks the speed my processor is running at, and it showed it running as 2.6ghz, and 800mhz fsb. I would explain this away as a problem with 3dMark03, but the other systems showed an 800fsb, so why is mine showing on 3dMark03 as 200mhz?

Mine as for 526 post.
Check BIOS for AGP and not PCI for the card.

Your front side bus speed is 200mhz, on four parallel pipelines, hence an effective 800mhz FSB.
